Grid based drum editor

hi, can anybody refer me to a free and good grid based drum editor that can support hopefully arbitrary resolutions if not at least down to 32nds and triplet variations. It would be nice to control velocity on the notes. It should export to midi. It should list the drum/perc parts.

If we could just get Input Quantize and some cool swing/groove action, I'd be set. Although the lack of quantize has been forcing me to play my beats better, so... ;-)
