So I decided to experiment with looping & tempo synced effects. I found a bassline and a drum track, matched the tempo of one to the other and began to layer, and layer, and layer.

I'm pretty much a metal/stoner rock/punk/hardcore guy, so this is uncharted territory for me. I thought it turned out kinda cool though?

100 coolness points to anyone who knows where I ripped off the bassline.

Figuring out the drums should not be too difficult ;)

Maybe a little too repetitive, tho I really like how this sounds overall.

May I ask where do these drums come from? I love em, and I love the fxs on them.
Good job ;)

Thanks for the input. I have a new respect for folks that make this genre of music interesting and listenable. It seems rather difficult (at least in a first attempt) to really have a song like this "go somewhere".

My main focus was experimenting with effects, more so than trying to put together a great song. I can't really do anything with it anyway as the two primary components are ''.

Of course you may!
