Docked mixer scrollbar buttons not working (FIXED)

When the mixer is docked, the scrollbar arrows don't seem to work here. They work OK when it isn't docked.

Well, that's weird. I've tested this on 3 different computers and it doesn't work on any of them. This is the buttons I'm referring to, at either end of the scrollbar:

If the number of tracks exceeds the mixer width when it's docked, those 2 buttons don't do anything on any of my computers. The scrollbar itself works fine and those buttons work when the mixer isn't docked.

Is there a setting that would affect this?!

ah, I think I've figured this out. The buttons didn't work when I have one extra track width, but when I add another one then they do. Strange, but at least I know now.

ah, yes. that's correct. i would call this a bug then! should always work (even if there's just a little space to scroll)!
