MIDI octave discrepancy (DONE)

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it could be really annoying if I was transferring several MIDI files. It seems that the whole midi editor is shifted up two octaves. For example, in Battery, a sample designated for C1 can only be played by C3 in the MIDI Editor. This seems to be consistent in other VSTi's as well. Has anyone else noticed this?
