Yo!

Wanted to share my latest work with you guys. Mixed and mastered by myself using Reaper. This is first single release from our next album, full album will be out later this year :)

Thanks dudes!

Since this is so far my second "real" mixing project, I'd appreciate input regarding to the mix itself too :)

Btw, drums are 100% sample free, that took most of the time to get them rocking.

Impressive vocals!!
I found the lead vox not getting through (too low or some EQ'ing?)
Otherwise, damn impressed!

I like the vocals being more "part of other instruments" than taking the full lead. I used latest Stratovarius album as reference for balance betweeen vocals and music.

I suppose I could add some more clarity to the mid-channell in M/S mode when mastering, +2-3db @ 5khz should do it? :)

And thanks for the compliments about vocals, appreciated!

Even the YT version sounds good to me. And yeah, definitely have some Geddy influence on the vocal. Works just fine, though.
