As I manually navigate through my hard disk I notice peak files all over the place. Anytime I import a file to try something it drops a peak file in the file directory.

Wouldn't it be nice if these peak files all went to one place that was user-definable? It's not like they're critical to the archives or anything.

Or is that in there already?

Cool. Help me. How do you set it up? I don't see anything in the documentation about it when I search "peak".

Prefs > Media Check the box "Store all peak files in alternate path:" then fill in the path in the box below or "Browse..." to a folder.
