In 2.002 we got the fantastic MIDI octave offet option.
Now the problem is when inserting a new MIDI item with default 0 octave offset (C3 rootkey), then you can't see C3 immediately in the MIDI editor. You have to scroll to it first. That's bad. Reaper should also offset the scroll (displayed range). This way we could start drawing notes to C3 without scrolling!
