New Color Theme Text Options

This is a very minor thing, but it seems to me these new text colour options should be with the other track colour options

you know why? because it only works with the

"Theme overrides normal Windows colors for main window background/text/edit controls" and
"Theme overrides normal Windows colors for non-selected track control panels"

Ah, I see. So they're not independent of those settings. Would be nice, I agree.
