Wierd CPU behaviour

I had a mix session where my CPU meters on the Activity Monitor where almost full, so I deleted two heavy plugins like Izotpe Ozone and T-Racks and guess what...
Nothing changed on the meters...
Even closing Reaper and re-opening the session...
Any ideas?

Mine is a Dual Core, so I had both meters at let's say 90%.
After I deleted heavy plugs, like Ozone and T-Racks and Reaverb it's like the software haven't release the CPU... it stays at 90% at both meters...
