item properties: normalize changes item start time

is it me? Well every time I normalize a section
the very beggining of the file becomes the start
of the selected item.
This did not happen in previous builds.


Do I have some setting checked unbeknownst to me?

actually to be clear when i open item properties and just click ok with nothing altered then the start of the file (original recording) is the selection , so all the edits i did are lost, so i undo but...

can anyone repeat this?
