setting up midi and SWS Live COnfigs

hey everyone.

trying to use my midi controller to switch stuff with live configs.

It doesnt seem to see my switches though.

the switch is configured to send CC 0 values so CC 0 0 thru 0 127

SWA LiveConfigs looks for Midi messages in the "Repaer Control Path", which is separate from the Midi buses Reaper offers in the tracks' FX chains.

You need to route the Midi messages there either by checking the "control messages" box in the settings of th Midi device your Midi stream comes in, or by using the MidiToReaControlPath" plugin.

BTW: right now, here, multiple discussions are running regarding using Reaper as a Live playing tool e.g. using SWS LiveConfigs. You might want to take a look. You might want to search the forum for "LiveConfigs".
