Here is a new variation on the same midi file I used for the last piece - so it's a collaboration with markHenryC
This is more aggro and minimal than I normally post up. It's using some samples, guitar and field recordings of the neighbours arguing.

Hi, Greg! Really aggressive remix! Similar on some sublimation.
It has given me energy for creativity. Here mine a quick remix.
This old wave is devoted Albert Hoffman.

This has a military marching sound to me.

It conjures up images of some mad robot army, with humans hiding away trying to get information by tuning their radios to get news. There I go again, possibly talking nonsense.

I like your music, but I don’t claim to understand it.

Me too, but I found on second listen that some sort of coherence was sort of emerging.

Looking forward to listening a few more times to this.

Unexpected bonus for the licence fee - Reaper boosts your eclecticism!

Thanks for broadening my mind Greg (and my head and my brain)

thanks stratman and spike - I really appreciate your comments and the time you've spent listening to my music. Stratman - my daughter said it made her think of Dr Who - the cybermen :)

The artists of the dada movement (1920 - 1030?) would have really gone for this piece. The drums sound huge and grim.

No, in 20 - 30 still was not MIDI :)
In this piece Greg's really is no grace and thin style. I perceive it as the message of the future apocalypse. It is terrible, but Greg is not guilty in it. He feels the future better us. May be I am mistaken. May be Greg's car has broken or the roof proceeds :) In any case he tried to express the own feelings. Probably it is simply creative search.
Many of us have learned to copy another's styles of music. But they will be the first never. Greg already the first.

By the way dada it is the form of the protest against official culture. The reaper is similar dada in this aspect (see avatars pipelineaudio).

Nice! I heard it as a one big "arrrggghhh." Just what I needed on a late Friday afternoon -after a long week of Mondays.
THanks Greg. Snskrt
