Where do I put my FX in OSX?

Can't figure out where the plug-ins go. I am a new Mac user; still using PC for "real" Reaper<g>.

go to library/audio/plugins and deposit in the appropriate folder. If its a component file, put it in the components folder, vsts go in the vsts
