Looping

It's possible in Loop mode that I record only 1 take then stops recording but the audio keeps going?

If I have the hands on the guitar I can't press stop, also if im using pads to do some drums I can't stop on time too.

It's possible to record just 1 take then keep the loop?

Because I have been able to make hotkeys in the keyboard to Select regions, and to change to region (And select it) after the region ends... but I want to know If I can record just 1 take for looping !!.

Search for Kenny Gioia's excellent video tutorial titled "Multi track looper in Reaper" that may be what you're looking for. The custom action he describes could be triggered by anything from an alphanumeric keyboard, to any midi-connected foot pedal, or even elbow on a mouse button.
