I can't tell if it's a midi problem, or a problem with reaper's delay...mostly because it only happens when it's both present.
But on a specific track, the entire beat becomes off time. It only occurs when starting playback in the middle of the track.
I can confirm this on 3 different systems with 2 different soundcards.
would posting the project file be helpful?
