Graphics bug with scrolling still outstanding.
MacBook Pro 2.16/3gb/160gb - OSX 10.4.11
Problem happens with different theme and/or different projects.
Can be "fixed" by minimizing window and bringing it back.

Hmm, in this version I can't duplicate on 10.4.. Any particular way of scrolling?

Its still doing it here too. It doesnt matter if I scroll down with the mouse wheel or drag the side bar.

Same here - it doesn't matter how I scroll - it still has graphical issues.

Justin.
Just wondering if you might have a chance to check out the issue with using the shift key as a mousewheel modifier? It's been confirmed here now I think.
Cheers.

I've just had a few crashes (very un-Reaper like!!) while messing about in the Actions window for extended periods.
Scrolling issue fixed here as well.

scrolling working here as well - woohoo.
also some crashes when working in the actions window + when recording track outputs (only happens on one edit so can't make a very useful report yet...)
so long as we're making requests any hope to be able to use the 'control' key as a modifier ?

I continue to have a strange issue using the up and down arrown in dialogs: navigating in the actions list the up arrow works but the down arrow instead executes the shortcut I have assigned...

+ I am seeing crashing while dialogs are open even without touching anything ... most recently in the preferences dialog...

I can confirm over here. Crashing *much* more; crash on starting (with "last song") so then I started it by doubleclicking a different song.
When I got it to open that song, it crashed when I tried to insert a plugin. Meanwhile I'd unchecked "open last song", so I opened REAPER again and got the blank song with no tracks, created ten tracks and put in three markers - and it crashed.
Nasty, can't stay running for thirty consecutive seconds. D'oh!
You gotta love finally calling it a "beta", huh? Because that's when the problems that never raised their head in the "only a preview" build are going to surface :D

I asked about this a few weeks ago and Justin said that it had to be reserved for right click functions for those with a single button mouse. Fair enough. I'm coming from DP which doesn't use right clicks at all (to its detriment) so I missed it at first as well. Someone in the general forum asked for all keys to be modifiers, so you never know.

Just trying out the 2.44 build now. Crashes seem to have disappeared. 30 minute session (Reason rewired in) with work in the action and preferences windows with no probs.:)
Now...Justin & Co., shouldn't you get some sleep?
