Since REAPER has been a Windows only application that is all we've seen. Post a screen shot or two of what REAPER looks like on MAC...menus and plugs too.

It looks as there are some graphic issues, either within the theme or the OS X version. The sides of the faders on the FX or clipped. Another thing I noticed is that you do not see the main window menu...is this only visible when you click on the main window or does it become visible when hovering?
The graphics issues don't appear to be happening here...

You're right the faders are clipped, I also see a lot of clipped buttons, fields etc. I've ben assuming that these were just preview Mac probs and would be worked out in time.
re: the menu - I have to click on the main window to get the regular Reaper menu to show.
I''ll try to post some of the wonky stuff when I get a minut...

Hey, still haven't gotten an answer to this question: can I use my PC non-comm license on my mac? (I hate that EVALUATION LICENSE text... it mocks me!)

Yikes...that's a ton of bands on the ReaEQ. Anyway, as far as graphics getting cutoff, I think that was specific to that theme in the first screenshot. You new REAPER users will find that REAPER does not allow the same width for faders on the ReaFX as say the mixer. Don't get me wrong, REAPER does specify to use the same fader for both, but you can get away with more fader area on the MCP/TCP than the ReaFX...this is probably why the faders on the fx look clipped. Also, some of the fonts used in OS X I think are too big for REAPER's menus, which is why some buttons look cut.
This is all speculation. BTW-everyone please use PNG not JPEG they are clearer.
Here's what I mean from the first post...

??? Have you chnaged OS X's font size or is it the default, I'm not very familiar with Mac's OS? If you haven't- this needs to be addressed here http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=21935 for it to be fixed. Take a look here http://www.reaper.fm/feat-ss.php to see how these look on the Windows' version (refresh to continue seeing new screenshots).

I am working on a REAPER color theme manual, but since I work on PC I am lacking mac pics. Please upload some pics of themes on OS X along with the color themes menu.
Thanks.

Hey Baron Stinky - are you controllng Reaper with voice commands?
Indeed I am. Only really useful with headphones though... playback through the monitors makes voice recognition almost entirely useless and sometimes triggers unwanted commands.

Great theme! :D
I have not seen anything quite like it, even on Windows.
I like your sense of style. Personally I would rather
prefer having solid instead of the segmented meters.
Keep it up!
Cheers,

I'm using Easy On The Eyes 2.06 (my signature), but I'm assuming you're talking about the screenshot I posted in this thread, which is http://stash.reaper.fm/theme/164/%23%20Grimms%20vSQ.zip.
I wasn't ever very happy with this, but I just noticed a new screenshot posted by Xenakios which makes me more aware of how soft the fonts and some graphics are on my OS X Reaper. I have messed with the fonts/sizes in the theme as well as smoothing option in my OS preferences, but can't seem to get things looking as they should. Perhaps most interesting is the the buttons at the top left. Mine look quite obviously softer than Xenakios'. Unless he sharpens his images before upload, something fishy is going on. Compare:

Does this happen with the latest alpha 4 release?
Does this happen with the latest alpha 4 release?
Yes - 2.99 B4 still looks soft on my system. I've improved things a bunch by changing the font to Verdana and then using a terminal command to disable font smoothing in Reaper for sizes under 12. Although this works, for some reason font smoothing stays disabled up through size 15. This adds to my existing suspicion that Reaper is not passing to OSX the font size set in the preferences. Is there scaling going on that could account for this and the blurry icons? (No, I don't have the scale feature turned on in the advanced UI.)
Thanks.

You should report this in the Bugs section. I have a colleague using the Mac version also.
