View Full Version : Reaper 2.44 and M-Audio Radium49

i am trying to get my m-audio usb midi controller to work with Reaper, but i am unable to get Reaper to recognize my keyboard. i have the keyboard connected to my laptop via usb and the keyboard does not show up in the preferences, any ideas guys?

baysick - welcome to the forum! I use a Radium 49 and have never had a problem. Works very well. You might want to uninstall and then reinstall the software that came with it. Did you buy it new? If not, you might also go to the M-Audio website and download the directions for installation. I recall reading something about not connecting the unit until after the software has been installed (that may or may not be the case, but that's my recollection). Also, make sure you have the latest drivers downloaded from their site as well. Let us know if any of this works or not, and maybe we can brainstorm somemore.

Another thought - arm your track in the TCP and under midi input you should find "In USB Keystation." Then click on all channels.
