Help with setting color themes?

ive tried over and over to get color themes to work with no luck, any help guys? you have been a lot of help with figuring out any other questions ive had, so here is my next one.

the trick is that the .reapertheme file and its associated folder of images need to be in the ColorThemes folder in the Reaper folder. When you download themes the .reapertheme file and the associated folder are usually enclosed in another folder - you have to take them out and then put them in the ColorThemes folder....
