Not at my DAW computer now, but from memory it's just:

Reaper Prefs - Audio - Device. From there you can set the input and output device seperately. If your Konnekt interface is installed and set up properly it should show up as an option. You should check out the downloadable pdf manual. It's all in there.

Thanx a lot Bill for taking the time to respond even if you were at your work desk. The situation is a bit crazy because my friend is in New York and i'm in Canada. And trying to help her, she is a client of mine and she bought a TC Konnekt Live soundcard and i guided her thru the website of TC to download the Latest drivers etc.. but i can help her so much because i don't use MAC normally but i know a bit how it works but not really how MAC react on when you download Drivers and how you install them and where MAC install the driver b y default etc...

And she is not a Mac pro user neither so it's kinda hard. Although we seemed to have followed exactly what TC has asked to do to install their drivers etc.. but at the end of the Installation, it says that computer must be rebooted so the driver can be installed properly and she did that but after whe she tried to find the TC NEAR Control panel, even she did a FIND search, its not showing and the crazy thing about that is that the installation says that all was well installed. a

And on the TC manual this is what they are saying that you should find the TC Near Application:

On Mac computers:
/Applications/TC Near
You may also start the application from System
Preferences.

And she went to those places and didn't find the TC NEAR control pannel.

Its hard because i ain't in front of her computer and she is a not a Pro user of mac neither!

Well, hope someone can help me out here!!

Cheers!!
