Lately when I open Reaper in OSX, the last session file causes the program to never finish loading, the Record button on track one of three flashes on and off and the program locks up making it impossible to use it at all. I will next try to delete that session file. Good thing its not anything important. I will also set it to no longer automatically open the last session in case another one gets corrupted. I'd post the error but the forum doesn't allow a message with that many characters. Might I suggest you increase the limit if you want us to report bugs?

Well, no matter. With a new session, when choosing the 002R as the audio device it does the same thing. What a bummer. Anyone else having this issue? When I choose the 002, then add a track, the track flashes on and off on the screen along with record button

Restarted the app, added a new track, same results. The entire track flashes on and off, and the record button for it in the mixer flashes, too. It then sends the program into the spinning beach ball of death.

perhaps you could post the error as an attached text file? The devs here are really very responsive and speedy so don't despair.

When i get on that machine again, I'll do that.
