2.51 Audio Device always 'closed'

I am recording and my levels are great and the files exist, but I am getting 'Audio Device Closed' OR I get misreported sample rates.

Still very happy regardless. :)

I have the same since I connected a Tascam Fireone Interface. But all works perfect.

Now I find out, when I switch to another application window and then go back to Reaper it shows the right thing.
