Hey, it is a really great mix. Lots of depth and punch. Great sounding drums (what are you using?).

I do think, however, that there is too much effect on the guitar before the full band comes in. Also not sure it should be doubled right away. I'd ease back on the effect and automate it to come up when the drums kick in, because there it sounds fine.

Best of luck to you with this piece.

Thanks for listening Smueske!
We are using the TD 20 E-kit from Roland for the drums.
Thanks for the advive about the doubled GTR intro.
I wanted to make sure it stood out at the beginning.
The GTR's are actually dry but I played the part twice which is why it has that chours sounding FX to it.
Glad you liked the song.

I think it sounds great man. Lots of depth and a nice wide stereo image. If I were to nitpick (which is really all there is here to do) I'd say the vocal verb on the chorus may be a bit much/long/dark. Maybe automate more of a high pass on that part of the verb.

Nitpick. Fine as it is. Nice mix, nice song. This is right up the alley of the kind of rock I listen to... not too hard ... just right.

To the iTunes library. :)

Thanks for listening and great insite on the chours verb.(much/long/dark)
I'll definatly look into the highpass.
I was going for a nice melt on the tails of the verb.
