great guitar solo.

How did you do the drums? Is it soundfont? vst? They sound good. I'm always on the lookout for new ways to implement drums. :D

Hey, nice song.
Nice references in the lyrics :)

Not sure if you wanted the organ as a pad or more a featured instrument, but it seems a bit too loud for me and would be interested to hear how it sounds with the organ lower and the guitar, bass and drums as the core instruments.
That's just me though (I am a guitarist :) hehe)

Good song and nice sound though

The drums are the "vintage rock" set from the EZ Drummer.

I`m a guitarist too, but i love also the hammond...

If you want hear more guitar, one year ago i have make an instrumental song.

Nice song! Good use of cultural references to evoke the mood. I agree with Rich that the organ might be just a bit too loud. Easy to fix with the volume envelope.

Well done! Nice songs with interesting approach on the lyrics. Has much feeling. One question though: As it seems on a quick listening the acoustic guitars are recorded only with the pickup-sound. Was there a special reason not to record them also with a microphone? May sound more "authentic" to blend in the microphone-recording or even the other way around.

One more question: How did you do the Bass?

yes the acoustic guitar was recorded with the built-in pickup (b-band). i will do it next time again with the microphone. i must buy a new valve for the preamp before.
the bass was the broomstick bass with ampeg svx plugin.

New Version online.
Rerecorded acoustic guitars (with microphone) and some changes on bass, drums and solos.

Simply great. Great melody, harmonies, very good voice, great mood.
But a bit too long for my taste. At minimum 30 secs. shorter wouldn't harm imo.
