Hi everyone - finished a first mix of this track last night, and would appreciate any insights on musical structure or the mix itself.

I really like the sound design and sense of space.

My personal insight on musical structure is that more of it would be better. I think I can learn to appreciate the lurching drum pattern, but the melodic plinky bits (from 0:45-) are way too random for me.

If it were me I would be a nice fat compressor over the drums buss and bring it through on the mix
