vertical autoscroll when dragging horizontally in MIDI editor

MIDI editor window autoscrolls vertically when dragging horizontally (i.e. changing note length.)

I checked, and the main window doesn't operate this way.

Requires extremely precise dragging when the MIDI editing window is docked!!
