BPM/Loop Sel box size & display after updating (FIXED)

Selection start/end/length boxes aren't quite long enough to display HMSF format (x:xx:xx:xx) in its entirety - and having scrolled if you enter a value it doesn't then return the view to the start of the string on enter.

Similarly if you enter a BPM with three decimal places (as is used in project BPM window) or get overkeen and hit space before enter after changing it as I've seen people do, it doesn't return the textbox view to the beginning when you hit enter.

Also just realised if you have a narrow TCP & type a track name that is too long to fit...
1) it doesn't scroll back to the beginning when you hit enter
2) ctrl+left executes the shortcut assigned to that instead of operating on the textbox.. can't see why you'd want shortcuts to be active until you hit enter in the textbox (same as for alpha keys etc)
