Insert time sig from loop selection
Copy selected areas of selected items
Copy loop of selected areas of items
These three yummy menu items are conspicuous by their absence from the most relevant context-menu ;)

Similar vein..
The MIDI Editor "Edit" menu should have the Note Properties & Mute Notes functions, no?
Of course they're in the context menu but I'd say it's important to have them there too, in keeping with the main window style - and so you can see what functions exist when you first check out REAPER and haven't put any notes in yet!

Please let's make sure this stuff is easy to find! So much in REAPER now that the menus are really key to knowing what you can achieve.
Loop Sel stuff should be in Loop Sel context...
New MIDI features should be in MIDI Edit menu, not just context!

I reckon Apply playspeed to current project BPM should be in the transport context menu. Let's tell people what's there!!
