Midi import improvement: Select tracks from multitrack midis (smf1)
When dragging a multitrack midi files into Reaper, let the user choose, which track should be imported

Status quo:
When dragging a multitrack midi file into Reaper, you can choose, if the multiple tracks should be created.

If you just want 1 or a selection of tracks, you have to (automatically) create all tracks. Then you can delete your unwanted tracks. This is very annoying when you just want e.g. the bass track out of a 10track+ midi file.

Solution (FR):
Show a list of tracks (e.g. like the preview window from media explorer). You can select the desired tracks via checkbox (left to the preview). Hit OK, and only the selected tracks will be created OR the midi track will be loaded as new midi item within the track lane you dropped the file.

I set priority to 3, because I guess that the implementation should be very easy (all functions seem the be already available), but delivers a good workflow improvement for midi-related work.
