Global pre-tracks FX bus
an FX bus processing inputs before they reach tracks
a sort of master bus where FXs are applied to all midi and audio inputs BEFORE they are inputed to the tracks.
Mainly useful for MIDI inputs manipulation, but i guess it could work for audio inputs with no (or little) extra effort.
Even a MIDI only implementation would be good.

in my point of view, it's a common situation that you need to put global/master AUDIO FX in the later part of the chain.
That's because normally audio is the kind of OUTPUT you want.
When you deal with MIDI it's the opposite, you "normally" make your elaboration in the first part, and this applies also to the elaborations you want to be "global" (as for the master track, that's global, but it's last in the chain).
That's why i miss a "master" that's on top of the chain.
