Batch File/Item Converter does not render take effects

The Batch File/Item Converter does not render take effects. I think this should be considered a bug, because take effects come before take envelopes in the signal flow, and take envelopes are rendered, so if your take envelopes depend on the effected signal, the rendered file is meaningless.

The Converter should render take effects, including tails, up to the end of the item.
