Tempo timebase is sometimes not obeyed

You can do the same thing multiple ways but the problem is that not every way obeys Timebase for tempo/time signature envelope
Some stuff act as if that specific timebase is always set to time. This can really confuse people, and I guess a fix should not be hard (since it already works for some methods)

1. Removing tempo marker



Doesn't work:

• Deleting tempo point in tempo map using key delete
• Right clicking tempo marker in tempo lane and choosing "Remove time signature marker"
• Deleting points with actions (Envelope: Delete all selected points/points in time selection)
• Cutting (and pasting) tempo point in tempo map via keyboard shorcut or right click menu

Does work:

• Alt clicking tempo marker in tempo lane

2. Changing tempo marker shape



Doesn't work:

• Using these actions on selected points in tempo map:
  Envelope: Set shape of selected points to square
  Envelope: Set shape of selected points to linear

Does work:

• Set shape from right click menu on tempo points in tempo map
• Setting gradual checkbox in "Edit Tempo/Time Signature Marker
