MIDI export - Tempo envelope accuracy issue

Reaper exports linear envelope as square envelope

Before export (Native project)

After exporting and re-imported to Reaper

This behavior can produce very noticeable differences between native project and exported MIDI file, as shown in this video

On the other hand, Other DAWs can export very accurate MIDI tempo information to Reaper.
