"Toggle track zoom zo minimum height" no status

A toggle action is supposed to report it's state. The action "Toggle track zoom to minimum height", however, doesn't. Steps to reproduce:

1. Add some tracks
2. Open the action list and search for "Toggle track zoom to minimum height"
3. Run the action and keep an eye on the column "state": it only shows "off", no matter what state the action is in (Bug)
