MIDI source properties channel filter has no effect

If you create or import a MIDI Item with events on multiple channels, you could filter MIDI channels by checking "Only play channels" and typing in the wanted channels. But it still plays all channels. Only the events displayed in the item view are filtered. This behaviour first occured in version 4.61 and is the same in 4.62.
When you manually overwrite reaper_midi.dll with that from version 4.591 the filter works as expected again.
