GUI bug when opening new project while Render progress window is open
- Set Reaper as default app for opening .wav files
- Open a .wav file into reaper
- render it
- in the render output box, click "Launch File"
- this will open the sound in a new Project Tab.
At that point, I am not able to click anywhere in Reaper GUI: OSX plays the sound that means a window is open and requires user feedback, but I can't display the Render progress window.
All I can do is Force Quit Reaper.

Another fact that could be related:
- open Routing Matrix, Region Render Matrix or Grouping Matrix (window or dock)
- hit play
It won't play, you will hear a system sound instead.
