FilterIng midi notes results in lengthening of filtered ones

1. Open a midi track, that contains two groups of notes: with velocity higher than 50 (approximately 100...112) and lower than 50 (approximately 36...40)
2. Open the filter window, select "note" in the left list, check "velocity" checkbox and enter high or low equal 50 (high or low doesn't matter). All other parameters remain unchanged.
3. Close filtering window.
4. Select all notes, that were unfiltered with Ctr+a, or just with mouse.
5. Open filtering window again.
6. Press "clear" there or just uncheck the "velocity" checkbox.

Result: all notes (sometimes SOME notes), that were filtered and show up after you press "clear" button are lengthened to the end of track.
This bug I never experienced in 4.21.
If it is required, I can do screenshots of every step and result plus my project structure.

I've set the highest priority, as this issue affects working with midi a lot. There is NO stable workaround (at least, i did not find any), and it makes impossible working with MIDI

I would be very glad, if someone could confirm/decline this exact bug. Because if it is my setup involved (M-audio Fast Track Ultra + my PC config) - i will try to find a workaround myself. If not - then i will humbly wait for the update

I confirm this bug,

Hope this will be solved because it's a nice thing to work with filtered velocity notes especially for midi recorded drums (via pads) !
For the moment, impossible to use it.
As Undead said, when filter is turned off, some notes are lengthened !!

I managed to reproduce, but only using the "High" field. Probably there are some dependencies to other unknown circumstances.

Attaching a problem project.

- open project
- open filter window and set filter to Event Type "Notes", Velocity high = 50
- ctrl+a in the MIDI editor (no need to close/reopen filter)
- Clear filter (or just remove the checkmark "Velocity")

=> All notes which were hidden by the filter now have length 0.1.00 (before ctrl+a they were all 0.0.25)

Same result when using the event list instead of piano roll.

Changing issue status to confirmed.
