Auto populate "Ignore project tempo, use:" in MIDI item properties

At the moment, this edit box will always have a default value of 120.000

It would be so much more convenient (especially for editing a lot of items in a project with multiple tempo markers) if it was auto populated with a tempo value that is valid for the start of that MIDI item
