TIME MARKERS - When moving a time marker, register the change only after dropping the marker. [licecap example]

don't change timeline in real time.

Currently in reaper when you move different time signature markers to another point in the timeline, the timeline is changing in real time (while dragging the time marker), this makes it hard to locate at the right place..

suggestion, do not change the timeline in real time while dragging the marker, change should register only after dropping the marker.

take a look...very smooth, easy to drag and drop:
