Open project in new tab: prompt to save
When opening a project in new tab with the option 'prompt to save on new project' gives an unnecessary pop up

When I open a project and select to put in a new project tab, together with the option 'prompt to save on new project', there's a pop up to save the new project before the opened one is loaded in the new project tab.

Having "Open properties on new project" checked causes the same behavior, which is really annoying. I would personally rate this a little higher priority.

Just to be clear: having 'Prompt to save on new project' and 'Open properties on new project' checked in the preferences, causes both prompts to open every time you open a project in a new tab.

Why don't you want to save/view properties for a new project when it's in a tab? What's different about a new project in a tab vs. not in a tab?

If I understand correctly, all helpdeskeddy is doing is opening an Existing project in a new project tab, so there is no "new project" to save at that point.

So neither of the two "... on new project" pop-up dialogues should pop up.

Confirmed here. Steps to workaround:
Enable one or two of these options:

Go to File->Open Project... Pick a project and check the "Open in new tab"

After clicking open, you get dialogs even though it's not a new project.
