More Info from http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=8122 in 2007:

- "/" can not be assigned: I guess this is a problem related to my german keyboard layout. In the shortcut description it shows only " (ZEHNERTASTATUR)" and not "/ (ZEHNERTASTATUR)" as expected. Also the Find function does not find the assignment. The "/" key sends: Virtual Key = 6F, Scan Code = 135

- "," (which is "." on an english layout) can not be assigned: This may also be a problem related to my german keyboard layout, but it may be also something different because it works randomly. The shortcut description looks fine: " KOMMA (ZEHNERTASTATUR)" as expected. The "," key sends: Virtual Key = 6E, Scan Code = 053
