Ability to work with sub-menu items in menu customisation

For example, being able to specify the sub-menu items of 'QuickFX' in a root menu.

Hi there-
currently I can't add the sub-menu items from any menu option into a root menu - for example, if I wanted to include 'VST Folders' in the root menu for right-clicking a mixer-window effect slot, I can't, because it's within the 'QuickFX' option.
