file_open() in JS is broken
file_open() always returns -1

When using file_open() in JS I get -1 for file handle.
It happens with all the effects that use file_open(). For example, try opening guitar/amp-model and looking at the filehandle variable.

I tried it on 3 different computers running Win8 x64 and the results were the same.

For comparison, fopen() in EEL seems to work normally.

I think you may be confused by the fact that file_close(x) sets x to -1 after closing the handle.

Ah, you're right. For some reason I couldn't write to file and since I needed it as soon as possible I just transferred to EEL without checking things more thoroughly.

Simple test JS shows I was indeed wrong. Sorry to waste your time, please close the issue :)
