FR: item playrate also follow gradually transition tempo while timebase is "beats (position, length, rate)"

So, imagine, I want to make a tape stop effect. For now, I should crop item as more cuts as I can, set timebase to beats(position, length, rate) and check preserve pitch. Oh, and make sure that tempo is slow down gradually OR use project playrate automation.
Current behaviour: item timebase beats (position, length, rate) look only for the first point in tempo envelope.



Discussion

In two words: replace playrate automation by this behaviour of master track tempo/items timebase. Or leave playrate automation as additional, but with adding support for logically true behaviour of items timebase "beats(position, length, rate)" as I described above.
