I could confirm 1), but not the other three. 2) to 4) are definitely working for me on win 8.1 with Reaper v4.78

The bad thing is, I can now neither click on "Yes, I can reproduce this bug", nor can I set the issue to "confirmed. It is much better to
a) first get some other's to confirm in a thread in the Bug Reports forum and
b) open tickets here for single issues only, not for several in a single report.

Maybe it would be a good idea to edit the report to only adress issue #1 (so I can confirm it). That would also make a more precise title possible.
If you still have problems with 2) to 4), please open a thread in the Bug Reports forum first, maybe there is something else we're not seeing yet (the last one makes me assume you don't focus on the MIDI editor, but the main window - these two actions have the same CmdID).



EDIT: mpl just PM'ed me, reporting that issue #1 is working as well... (of course) there have to be at least two notes selected.
