Project Timeline Length

Timeline has no reasonable end point

Default project here is set for a 5:00 length for all projects. Regardless of that, new projects start with the timeline stretched out well past 1 hour.

This causes the initial working area to be greatly condensed as you can see in the picture... inhibiting the use of the horizontal scroll bar. The pic is right after launch.

With the horizontal scroll bar being at full (as it is in the pic) the viewing area should be from 0 to 5 minutes... the project length.
