BUG: osx virtual midi keyboard
Can only map E2-G6
scenario:
I'm using superior drummer
I wan to use the virtual midi keyboard to play the drums
I cannot change the octave channel below E2 or above G6
this is problematic. I don't want to remap everything I'd rather it just be fixed.

By any chance do you have "Preferences/Media/MIDI/MIDI octave name display offset" set to 2?

This will be either stupid or spot on: how wide is your keyboard window?
If it's too wide it can display multiple octaves, so you are more limitied
in setting the center note. Either increase it's height or decrease the width.
