MIDI export: project name event gets imported into the first track
A track name in the MIDI tempo track is inserted into the first track of the MIDI.
I'm on OS X, 64-bit Reaper v4.731.
The file http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~tolly/reaper/Project.RPP has a track with a track name event "Track". When exported to the MIDI http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~tolly/reaper/Project.mid it places another track name event in the MIDI tempo track, with the text "Project" (the name of the .RPP file). This is all correct so far.
The problem is when this MIDI is imported back into Reaper. It places *two* track name events into the one MIDI track, the "Track" event as well as the "Project" event. The track name event in the tempo track ("Project") should probably be ignored on import.
I know this was not an issue in a previous version of Reaper. My suspicion is that it was introduced while fixing this other issue: http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=136304

I've done some more testing on this. My suspicion was incorrect; I have reproduced the problem on both 4.57 (before that other issue was fixed) and the current 4.76.
