Sample accurate info in item properties
The time fields in item properties are only accurate to the millisecond
The time value fields in the item properties dialog are only accurate to the nearest millisecond but all time related item properties can be adjusted by amounts smaller than that. An item can be up to 44 samples from the start of the song (at 44.1K sample rate) and its position will still be shown as "0:00.000". This is very misleading and so serious that I'm not sure I shouldn't submit it as a bug report instead of an FR.
The solution I propose is that all the fields which currently display "M:SS.mmm" have (when necessary) a sample value appended, so at 44.1K rate an item at 44 samples from the start would display "0:00.000+44" and one at 46 samples would display "0:00.001 +1". If subsample positioning is possible, then the display would need to show that ie. "0:00.001 +1.5"
