JS Help
Allow @help section and/or slider hover variables
As discussed here and here it would be superb to allow developers to add easily accessible help text to the JS GUI.
1) @help section with raw text that can be displayed with a '?' button on the UI.
2) sliderX_tooltip variables for hover tooltips on the sliders.
This isn't meant to imply Cockos should write the help at this time.

A real need (for JS coders and users) !
Question: of course it's up to Cockos to decide if/when/how something like that will be implemented. But, in the meantime, is it just possible for reaper to ignore the @help section ?
It'll allow coders to prepare those help/info and users would be able to see them through the "Edit..." button while SWS' FR is not implemented.
Remark: if we add "@help" now, the JS won't compile even inside a commented part.
